Using advanced resource recovery technology, we process food waste, green waste, and other biodegradable materials to produce a consistent, renewable fibre suitable for applications including recycled paper and packaging, fuel pellets, renewable fuels, biochar, and other sustainable bio-products.

Our Story
Canada sends millions of tons of biodegradable waste to landfill every year, where it decomposes and releases methane—a greenhouse gas more than 25 times more potent than carbon dioxide. At the same time, valuable renewable resources are lost instead of being recovered and returned to the economy.
Gateway Green Recycling was established to change that. Working alongside Hughes Energy Group, Gateway Green is bringing advanced resource recovery infrastructure to Canada.
